Preliminary Review
Our review team will assess the initial submission. We may reach out for clarifications or additional details to facilitate a thorough review.
Final Approval & Scheduling
Once approved, we’ll assign a speaking slot and session format. You’ll receive guidelines and deadlines to help you prepare.

All presenters must register for KINBERCON. The primary presenter will receive a complimentary registration.

Presenters will be notified of acceptance in mid-July.

KINBER will share ‘teasers’ of the presenter/presentation prior to the conference. We encourage presenters to reshare those posts.

KINBER prohibits the sale of products or services during conference presentations. All presentations are non-commercial and non-promotional learning opportunities only.

Each presentation room will be equipped with a screen, speakers and HDMI input. Presenters are required to bring their own laptops.
